Apply ZM (neutrality) paint fog flocculant in wet paint fog treatment equipment to prevent paint stick inside equipment tubes and pumps, and jam of waterway and air way. Treated paint slag is neither sticky nor smelly. Paint fog becomes multi-core cake in the water and floats on the water surface, which is convenient for refloating regularly, maintaining service life, improving work environment in the spray booth, reducing slag cleaning time and extending tank water replacement interval, as well as applying for ISO14000 Environment Management System.
treatment technique and method:
ZM (neutrality) paint fog flocculant has A and B agents, which can be used together. Firstly, add A agent of 1‰ notching quantity; after paint is down, add A agent to inlet of circulating water and B agent to outlet of circulating water by metering pump or by hand. A and B agent must added at two places. Quantity of paint remover shall be decided according to paint varieties and dosage (A agent: B agent=3：1.5~2~3); the dosage is about 10% of paint quantity. After paint fog flocculant sufficiently contact paint in the water, after blended evenly, paint slag float rate can be 95% above, salvaged by hand or machinery.
